Thomson Reuters Foundation annual Trust Women Conference.

The Thomson Reuters Foundation annual Trust Women Conference sees some of the worlds most powerful and influential leaders in the field of women’s rights and anti-slavery, come together. Together they empower other women from around the world to stand up, fight injustice and modern day slavery.

At LUX Technical we provided an all encompassing production service to Thomson Reuters. We delivered an elegant stage set to act as the backdrop for the annual two day conference.

Sound was produced to an outstanding quality and clarity was key.  In addition, the clarity helped engage the conference delegates as the sound was crystal clear. In turn it also supported the delivery of the powerful messages. Simple yet effective lighting was also provided to highlight the focus on the speakers.

We also provided two laser projectors to support the event production. These showcased the powerful film documentaries that highlighted the importance of the cause at hand.

In addition, we also produced, printed and installed graphics around the venue. As a result these helped transform the hotel interior into a fully branded conference venue. Also, we provided a full team to support the two day event. they were always on hand to aid the the seamless running of the event.

The conference was an undisputed success. LUX were delighted to have worked with Thomson Reuters for the second year running to deliver this event. Helping to educate people in a cause well worth supporting is close to our hearts and we were proud to have been involved.
