A conference produced by LUX Technical is more than just a gathering of people. In short we are dedicated to using our technical production experience to ensure that brands we work with have the best possible opportunities to engage with their delegates, looking at ways to incorporate digital platforms, exciting set and stage design, and user experiences to improve and enhance the event. We are a full production service and have the internal resources, matched with an abundance of experience to increase the profile of any conference.

It has been a privilege working with both established teams to produce annual, high profile experiences, as well as assisting with inaugural conferences and launches breaking into a variety of different market sectors. The main service areas that complete our offering includes audio, lighting, staging, video, live streaming, projection and design. Furthermore we specialise in the application of social media walls and are able to report on delegate interaction, always looking at trends, results and promotions.

One particular highlight was our involvement with the conference for Trust Women, Thomson Reuters Foundation in 2015. This experience celebrates the work of women and women’s rights in the work place – an incredibly important experience to be a part of.

Another great example of inspiring work that we have been fortunate to be involved with is the Leadership Forum produced by AB Sugar focused on investments in the changing world and reporting on these developments.
