EXE RISE D8+ 1000KG HOIST LVC – 25M HOL

The EXE Rise 1000kgs d8+ motor is based around the EXE Large chassis. An LVC system motor for entertainment and exhibition rigging, the 1000kgs hoist has a 26m, reassuringly chunky, 8x24mm DIN EN818-7 lift chain fitted. The combined weight of the body, chain and bag is just shy of 80kgs. These motors come equipped with the optional internal chain encoders that interface directly with the Kinesys digihoist control systems to give accurate data on lift height as well as the ability to program moves and stop points.

There is a swivel hook both on the body & chain and for increased safety and reliability the clutch is positioned on the motor shaft in front of the motor assembly, outside of the load path. A custom chain-bag guide allows the motor to be used in self climbing orientation or motor up as required. For smaller lifts LUX also hold EXE motors in 500kgs and 250kgs versions.

With a 1T capacity and D8+ 8:1 safety factor this motor is ideal for larger lifts such as big LED walls and Prolyte MPT based tower and roof systems. They have an IP55 rating as standard and can also be supplied with rain jackets for extra protection. All EXE motors we stock at LUX are the LVC (low voltage control) versions and our motor control equipment is from Kinesys and EXE.
